With Christmas now only weeks away, our next engagement is Kingsbury Episcopi Candlelit Christmas Market on Friday 6 December in the Community Centre TA12 6BG, from 6-8pm. The Christmas markets and fetes are always enjoyable for us because we love helping to create that festive spirit by playing favourite carols and other well-known Christmas music. So why not come along and be entertained while shopping for gifts and enjoying some hot refreshments.

It was once again a privilege for KEB to take part in the Remembrance Parade in Somerton last Sunday, 10 November. Although we were somewhat depleted in number this year, we felt proud to be able to honour and remember all those brave servicemen and women who were killed or injured in wars spanning more than a century.

Next engagement…

On Sunday 10 November, Kingsbury Band will be taking part in the annual Remembrance Parade in Somerton, marching from the fire station, Etsome Terrace TA11 6LZ at 9.30am to St Michael’s Church, Market Square TA11 7NB. Then, following the church service and wreath-laying ceremony, the march will commence its return to the fire station at approximately 11.15am.
